David Burke writes: This song came to me in a special way, through God, of course, but I was thinking beforehand of all the things that are being said nowadays about the unborn having a voice. An unborn child is still a person and thus has a right to his or her life. We parents do not have the choice to change that. We used our choice when we enabled God to create this child, and that's where our options in that regard stopped and where our responsibilities began. So when I considered unborn children having a voice in their destiny, I envisioned these children speaking out in song and communicating with an angel about life on earth, as well as eternal life with our Almighty Creator.

Elizabeth Schmeidler writes... With the signing of the Freedom of Choice Act pending, (which will remove all limitations on abortions) I am sure your hearts have been as heavy-laden as my own. Just weeks ago I was inspired to write and compile the Pro-life video, "My Voice". I believe that this video may very well be the most important work that God has ever accomplished through me. Please take a few minutes of your time to watch it. I think that you will see where God's heart has led my own. All I ask of you is two things: that you pass this video on as far and wide as you possibly can, and to pray that the Holy Spirit prepares the hearts of those who are blinded to receive the message of life that the video proclaims. Our prayers and passion, along with this video, can make a difference in the hearts of the American people and I do believe that we CAN prevent FOCA from being signed, and more still, one day put an end to abortion. May God bless all of you and may He continue to have mercy on all those who have been affected by abortion. Thank you very much for your time and prayers!
Nick Alexander here... Christmas and Advent 2008 is upon us. This is a tremendous opportunity to wait in expectant hope for the coming of our Risen Savior, but also a time to reflect upon His first coming as a precious infant. These albums provide the best in both contemporary and traditional carols, both servicing Advent and Christmas. I invite you to check them out at your leisure, and introduce them to your family. Peace!
Nick Alexander here... November 1st heralds the Feast of All Saints, according to the Roman Catholic liturgical calendar. It is a tremendous day where we all celebrate and honor the lives who have went before us, who had finished the race, and who are currently before the Great Throne of Heaven, praising God interceding for us. It is our opportunity to learn from them, learn their stories, discover new devotions, meditate upon their writings, and be inspired by their example. The song list here encompasses every single musical style: from classical, to hymns, to contemporary... there's even a great a cappella blues song in there. Three Songs from this long list are well worth highlighting. Litany of Saints as performed by Veronica Morrissey. No song selection is complete without a Litany of the Saints, where we ask individual Saints, by name, to pray for us (Rev 5:8). This particular version is one that she finds to be most prayerful. This rendition is off the album, Veronica Morrissey, Songs of Prayer. The Grace Within as performed by Valerie Von Fange. Valerie writes:
This song is a tribute to the life of St. Augustine. Some of the lyrics are St. Augustine’s own thoughts from his book The Confessions of St. Augustine. The underlying groundwork for St. Augustine’s change of heart was his mother’s (St. Monica’s) perseverant prayers. Because he was a truth-seeker, he eventually found his answers in the Biblical writings of St. Paul and sermons of St. Ambrose. St. Augustine’s conversion story portrays sin just as it is- dirty, heavy, tainted with constant regrets, in a nutshell- painful! He is proof that a diehard sinner can become a saint by responding to God’s grace. That is why the Church has named him “Doctor of Grace”. This rendition is off the album,.Get Canonized a Saint as performed by Nick Alexander. This is a parody song of Lenny Kravitz's "Fly Away." I wrote the lyrics to demonstrate that Sainthood is not something called for a select few, but is something to which we all are called to. No matter your state in life, what you have accomplished in the past, what mistakes you have made, we are all given the task to finish the race before us.(Phil 3:13-14). This rendition is off the album, Eternal Life: The Party Album.
