HYMN OF THE MONTH – March: Ah, whence to me the bliss

This beautiful communion hymn was a favorite of mine when I sang with St. Mary’s Choir in Akron, Ohio. If you are looking for something different than the standard repertoire of Catholic communion hymns, then here is something different, devotional, and prayerful that will strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. I have been a minister of music for almost 40 years, and I am, primarily, an ear-trained pianist/composer. I am hoping that, becoming a member, I will be able to find sheet music (mostly, lead sheets, if available), that also contain the guitar chords, as I, typically, see them, and then, improvise, accordingly.
