1 )On this the first of all the days,
when you finished creating the world,
the day dear Lord you conquered death
and rose again to set us free,
2 )Everyday you grace fill us
With your word and body and blood
Everyday you transform us
By your Spirit's fire of love

A ) O Jesus raise our souls to you;
that we fully share your life,
then make our bodies rise to you,
forever free from second death.
B ) That soon we may be carried up
to meet you, Christ, on heaven’s clouds
to live with you for evermore,
our Resurrection and our Life.

To bring me home to live with you
Today may be the day you come in glory
To create a new heaven and earth

And will know you as you are
