I love the big band and theatrical songs of the 1940s, 50s and 60s – especially the ones with mellifluous vocal styling. Crooners like Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, John Raitt, Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, Jimmie F. Rodgers (the Pop singer) and Tony Bennett.
