Mass in Honor of Our Lady of the Lake

Has anyone heard of Fr. William Jurgens? He composed a Mass in Honor of Our Lady of the Lake, Gregorian Institute of America. 1966/67. (lyrics and music by Fr. William Jurgens). He was a preist in the Cleveland Diocese and the Mass was composed for patroness of St. Mary Seminary in Cleveland. I'm currently in contact with diocesen archives to see if there anything about a Mass in Fr. Jurgen's file.

In the 1990 catalog of American Masses and Requiems, it's listed arranged for TTB & organ with optional congregational; 15 minutes long.
